Google has surprised the tech world with their announcement of the Android Wear, a platform for wearables like smartwatches, at the Game Developers Conference(GDC) 2014. It is an android based platform which utilizes Google now and voice search in a convenient way for the small screen, it also brings all your notifications on your Wear powered wearable.

LG and Motorola have already jumped the Wear bandwagon with their respective announcements of the LG G Watch and the Moto 360. Something we look forward to is the Moto 360 as it is one sexy beast!
